Vardeh (ورده)

Only a two-hour drive away from Tehran, Vardeh is located in Markazi province. Despite the fact that there are many climbing areas around Tehran which quenches the passion of climbers of every taste and interest, the challenging limestone routes of Vardeh attract many climbers in every season. 
Over 60 safe and well-bolted routes offer a good collection of steep pumpy routes and vertical ones. Routes with tricky slabs and those with lengthy cracks grabs the eyes of any climber interested in experiencing a highly technical route. 
Since the area is near Oshtorankooh, it is blasted with high cold winds in winter. Therefore, summer, fall, and spring are the best time of year. 
No accommodation has been predicted in the area, but it is possible to set up tents in the vast and beautiful nature and enjoy a great deal of requiring routes.
